Relational Coaching and Training

Coaching differs from counselling in its developmental compared to reparative focus. (BACP). Within my practice I keep a keen emphasis on the role of the therapeutic relationship and being relationally aligned.

Sessions focus on specific actions and goal setting; topics of general interest include:

-Professional work goals/ Promotion and career change;​
-Managing Leadership positions;​
-Return to work including post maternity/paternity and carer responsibilities;​
