Relationship and Psychosexual Therapy

Relationship Therapy, couple connected.png

Relationships when working well positively support well-being and health, and through them our development and growth. There can however be many challenges involved including, but not limited to:

-Conflict and communication difficulties;

-Decisions around commitment and relationship boundaries;

-Difficulties conceiving /infertility and challenges from the first early years of parenthood;

-Separation, breakup, step parenting, blended families;

-Affairs / Infidelity;

-Carer responsibilities /supporting physical and mental illness within a relationship or family;

-Life transitions experienced as stressful within a relationship/family- health diagnosis, bereavement, grief and wider losses e.g. redundancy

Relationship therapy supports around these challenges by providing a space to explore patterns of behaviour, past familial experiences and practice building communication and intimacy. In sessions understanding and skills are developed, or enhanced, and we work together to the aims set by you; whether they are one of the topics above, another specific identified issue, or an overarching intentionality to build one's connection further. I work with all relational systems, including couples, intimate partners and polycules.
