Contract sent prior to starting sessions explaining broader working policies confidentiality and data handling

 

Price:

Individuals £90/ Couples £120/ Groups £60pp *

Timings:

50 minutes-

with considered splits and extensions as supports

e.g. when starting sessions

and working with more than 2 people in a family / group

 

Location:

Zoom and face to face in Walton on Thames

Working Practicalities:

Pre session- Contact for enquiry online, paperwork sent ahead, option for service explainer call / consideration of likely therapeutic fit

 

Beginnings- First session/s used to identify goals and needs

​

Journey- Weekly to bi-weekly sessions for therapy/ to monthly sessions for coaching

Short to longer term +6months with agreed reviews every 3-6 sessions

Endings- Discussed ahead with closing review

​

*Fees are pre-paid of session date/ 1 week cancellation policy or charge

**It is important to me to make therapy accessible and aside my standard rate I also have lower cost appointments available on a sliding scale- please discuss on booking.
