Relational Coaching and Training

Based on the official British Menopause Society course through which I have trained as a facilitator.
Groups are six weeks in length and cover a range of topics to support women, including:

-Awareness/ taking a biopsychosocial approach
-Stress management
-Managing hot flushes
-Managing night sweats
-Managing sleep
-Other symptoms/ review*

*Ending sessions also take additional focus to intimacy and supporting women and people experiencing menopause post a breast or gynaecological cancer diagnosis.
