- Familial difficulties- non acceptance of partner choice

-Difficulties conceiving/ infertility

-Parenting, step parenting and blended families

Therapeutic shifts occur through thought, action and- being. In my approach to centre wellbeing through relationships it was apparent to me that this forms not only through the connections we hold with ourselves and one another, but also with the relationship we hold to the wider natural environment, hence leading to my training as a Forest therapy Practitioner.

The Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku or 'Forest Bathing' has been noted to have a range of benefits to enhance mood and wellbeing by supporting a mindful experience in the outdoors. Sessions centre on forming a relational space with Nature in longer 1.5 hour sessions in a range of outdoor locations. These sessions can be combined with other services to create unique holistic approaches to working with individuals, couples and groups. Note I also offer 'walk and talk' sessions without the forest bathing focus.
